Order Status

  • An email confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your order is received. Once your item has shipped, a second confirmation will be sent which will include a tracking number for your shipment. You can check the status of your order at any time by signing into your account and selecting the My Orders option.
  • If for some reason an item in your order is out of stock, I will email you as soon as possible.  Please keep in mind that Zenshine jewelry is hand crafted especially for you.  Ring orders are typically made at the time of purchase.  I strive to fulfill orders quickly.
  • The jewelry shown on our website is handmade. There will be natural variations and subtle differences in the pieces from order to order.
  • All Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.


Shipping Info

 

  • All domestic and international packages are sent via United States Postal Service. All domestic packages come with tracking information.  International orders DO NOT come with tracking.
  • Please email me at orders@zenshineonline.com if you need an order expedited.  Whenever possible I will accommodate expedited orders if your order is in need of extreme rush.
  • All regular mail orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. (Please keep in mind that all orders are hand-crafted.)  You will receive an email with your tracking number once it has been shipped.
  • Shipping charged is non-refundable on exchanges or returns.
