Returns must be in their original, UNWORN condition, within 10 days of receipt for a full refund. For returns outside of that time frame, and within 30 days, a store credit will be issued.

All returns are handled via email. Please email orders@zenshineonline.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Once the RMA number has been sent, the item must be shipped promptly, within 2 business days.  Returns sent without contacting me for an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be emailed an RMA number within 1 business day. Items being returned must be in new condition and shipped prepaid in the original packaging.

  • Store credit can be used to purchase items online by emailing orders@zenshineonline.com.
  • Zenshine is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Please package and insure accordingly.
  • Please include the reason for your return or exchange, and if you would like to be issued a refund OR store credit. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.  Zenshine recommends you ship your package with insurance and use a trackable shipping method.  All clearance items are FINAL SALE.  Zenshine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages on orders.
  • Refunds and store credits are processed within ten (10) business days after receipt of package.

Canceling An Order
